Grape variety : 100% Marselan.
Amount Planted : 5 ha

Yield : 50 hl/ha

The Mediterranean frontages primarily consist of tertiary sediments (sand, clay) and quaternary (gravel)
Climate:
Mediterranean with an influence of the pond of Thau which brings moisture.

Vineyard : Compartmental selection by analytical Followed GPS of maturity and analyzes sensory Récolte bays with maturity.

Vinification : Traditional wine making Fermentation with selected yeasts and controls temperatures Long cuvaison (4 weeks) Breeding out of tank Micro oxygenation before FML

Alcohol content: 13% Vol.

Organoleptic qualities :

Color : Dark garnet.
Nose: All in smoothness, from the red fruit flavours (wild strawberry) are released with the first nose then leave place with a long string of black fruit flavours supported by a point of liquorice.
Palate : The mouth is very flexible, the blackcurrant dominates; the silky tannins leave a feeling of width. The final is slightly spiced.

Serve between 16°c and 18°c.

Serving suggestions : Roasted red meats and cheeses.
