Terret Grape Variety

Technical characteristics :

Grape variety : 100% Terret.
Amount Planted : 560 ha.
Yield : 80 hl/ ha.
Vineyard : Plot selection
Harvested at night to protect the flavor.
Monitoring of maturity and sensorial analysis of the berries.
Vinification : Harvested at night.
Peeling/pressing.
Juice extraction through direct pressure.
Selected yeast is added with close monitoring of fermentation temperatures.
Matures in vats.
Alcohol content : 12% Vol.

Organoleptic qualities :

Color : Bright yellow with flashes of green.
Nose : Delicate and discrete, dominated by hints of lemon.
Palate : Very dry wine.
Lively attack on the palate with floral and citrus flavors blending together perfectly.

Serve between 10 - 12°C.

Serving suggestions : In a Kir cocktail or with a seafood platter.
